Us
What We Do
We are a registered charity pre-school, managed by committee, and run on a daily basis by our qualified setting manager. Set in a purpose built pre-school classrooms, with low surface breakfast bar, child height sinks and low level windows it allows the children to be involved in cookery activities, preparing snacks and enjoy watching the world around them.
We have created a warm, fun, safe, home from home environment where children can play to learn. The pre-school has fantastic links to Abbas & Templecombe Church School being based on site, allowing a smooth transition into school years.

Fundraising
As a Charity Pre-School we rely on our fundraising efforts to fund new equipment and areas of the school. Multiple times of the year we carry out various fundraising activities such as raffles, bingo nights and other activities.
If you have any fundraising ideas, want to help out or have a skill which could let us make improvements to the school for your little ones, please contact us so we can make this a better place to make every child count.

Welcome to Sticky Fingers Pre-School, we have been established in Templecombe Village for over 30 years, we provide quality care for children aged 2 to 4 years old.

Funded Childcare Hours
As of September 2025, the Government has now expanded the funded childcare scheme, children of working parents may now be entitled up to 30 hours funded childcare spread over 38 weeks for children from the term after they turn 9 months. Sticky Fingers Pre-school is eligible to use Extended hours and Universal hours from 2 years old.
